... "Five Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Six Hundred Minutes... How do you measure, measure a Year."
At 12 minutes past 12 midnight on the twelfth day of the twelfth month (12:12 12/12) you might think that a cosmic phenomenon occurred. Well, I think there was some numerological profound significance that the universe unveiled. My Life.Yes, that was the unveiling... my life.
After 43 years and still in the making that, is too much, way too much minutes to count! The myriad highlights of golden one-minute collages in my life can be summed up in the total of One Thousand Four Hundred and Fourty minutes- the number of minutes in a Day.
At an accomplished 43 years of age, I decided to start changing my life.
The setting: My Life.
The plan: Start with 10 minutes of disciplined, conscious, physical activity EVERY day and increasing this by one minute per week
The goal: I would be doing physical activity for a period of 52 minutes EVERY day by the 52nd week which would mark the end of YEAR.
Yes. It is doable!
Yes. It is achievable!
Yes. It is going make a difference!
Yes. It is sane!
Yes. It is sane!
My countdown to 10/1/2010 begins...
